G-Motive Technology (ABN 36 656 123 650) ("The Company") offers a 12 month warranty on all item(s) purchased from The Company's online shop ("www.gmotive.com.au/shop")("The Website").

The Company reserves the right to replace or repair at its discretion any and all item(s) returned for servicing under warranty.

This warranty is valid from the original purchase date and is not transferable to any new or repaired item replaced under such warranty.

Item(s) that require warranty replacement or repair are Return to Base only. The Customer is liable for any and all costs involved in the item(s) return including, but not limited to, shipping, handling and insurance.

Any Item that is returned for service and is found to not be of a warrantable nature shall incur a $25inc GST service fee payable by the Customer and returned to the Customer at the Customer's expense.

The item(s) shall not be warrantble if the item(s) show signs of physical damage, un-authorised modification or otherwise tampered with. The Company reserves the right to pass on to the Customer any and all charges that are incured during the process of determining if the item(s) are faulty or if the item(s) are found to be of a non-warrantble nature.

By allowing The Company to post/courier or otherwise organize delivery to the Customer's nominated postal address, any and all item(s) purchased from The Company's Website the Customer agrees to pay and and all excess charges incured by any and all agenices and/or persons involved with the delivery process.

The Company will not be held whatsoever accountable for any delays in orders that are shipped by The Company's authorised representatives for any item(s) purchased from The Company's Website.

Items returned for credit by the Customer may be subject to a restocking fee which is based on The Company's suppliers return policy. Items returned for credit will not be accepted if received 14 calendar days after the invoice date. Items returned for credit will not be accepted if the item is opened, used or otherwise in a condition which is deemed to make the item unsellable as new. Furthermore, the Customer may be subject to additional postage and handling charges for the transport of the returned item(s) from The Company's premises to the supplier's premises.

Any prices quoted on The Website are subject to change without notice to the Customer.

Furthermore, The Company will charge the Customer a $5.50inc GST handling fee for any single order that is less than $150inc GST
